Tyler Biddle understands the legal, commercial, and regulatory challenges facing clients involved in the transportation industry. Tyler has represented small and large privately and publicly held transportation and logistics companies, warehouses, manufacturers, retailers, and distributors in an array for commercial, transactional, corporate, and regulatory issues. Prior to joining Childress Law, Tyler was an attorney at Frost Brown Todd, LLP, and Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary before that.

 

Tyler’s practice focuses on corporate governance and structuring, transportation/commercial agreements, mergers & acquisitions and targeted due diligence, independent contractor issues, and state and federal regulatory compliance. 

 

Tyler is a practical attorney. He knows that business is risk, and the legal answer can’t always drive the business. 

 

Outside of practicing law, Tyler spends his time with his wife, Rebekah, and two daughters, Harper and Quinn. Tyler is an Indiana Hoosiers sports fan, and also enjoys deer hunting, bike riding, water skiing, and concerts at Deer Creek.
